Managing pages helps when a scan came out upside down, when you need room for a signature, or when you want to remove a blank or wrong page. Local PDF Editor lets you rotate the current page left and right, add a blank page and delete pages.

You see every change immediately in the preview, and the Undo (Ctrl+Z) and Redo (Ctrl+Y) buttons let you experiment safely. The document is processed locally in the browser and is never sent to a server.

Rotate, add and delete a page

The toolbar buttons affect the page currently on screen. You can rotate it by 90 degrees, add a blank page immediately after it, or delete it. The app does not reorder existing pages.

Undo changes and review the document

Every page operation is added to Undo/Redo history. Before downloading, use the page-number field to review the document. The final remaining page cannot be deleted, so the PDF cannot become empty.
