How to add an image to a PDF file

Add a photo, logo, stamp or another PNG or JPG graphic to a selected PDF page, then adjust its position, size, and angle.

Open the PDF editor

The Image tool reads a graphic from your device and lets you place it directly on the document preview. You do not need to convert the PDF or upload it to a file-storage service first.

After insertion, you can drag the image, resize it while keeping its proportions, rotate it around its center, or delete it. Every operation is visible in the preview before you download the document.

Step by step

  1. Load the PDF documentOpen the editor and choose the PDF to which you want to add a graphic.
  2. Choose the Image toolClick the image icon and select a PNG or JPG file from your device.
  3. Place and adjust the imageClick a spot on the page, then drag the image, resize it with the handle in its bottom-right corner, or set its rotation with the rotation handle and angle field.
  4. Download the finished PDFReview the image position, size, and rotation, then download the document for 5 PLN including VAT.

Supported images and uses

The editor accepts PNG and JPEG/JPG files. You can use them to add a photo, logo, stamp, initials, label or a previously prepared form element.

Position, resize, and rotate the image

The first click places the center of the image on the page. The Select tool then lets you move it, the bottom-right handle resizes it while keeping the original proportions, and the rotation handle and angle field rotate it around its center.

Can I add a logo or stamp to a PDF?

Yes. If it is saved as a PNG or JPG, you can place it on any page, move, resize, and rotate it.

Is the inserted image uploaded to a server?

No. The image and PDF are read and combined locally in your browser. The payment backend receives neither the document nor the inserted graphic.
