How to add a signature to a PDF
Draw a signature with a mouse, finger, or stylus and place it in a PDF—without printing, scanning the whole page, or preparing an image file.
Open the PDF editorThe dedicated signature dialog stores separate strokes as one vector object, crops empty margins automatically, and inserts the result on the current page. You can then move, resize, recolor, copy, or remove it.
The draft is created locally in browser memory and is not saved as a separate signature library. If you already have a scan, you can still use the Image tool to insert a PNG or JPG file.

- Load the PDF documentOpen the document and go to the page where the visual signature should appear.
- Draw the signatureChoose Visual signature and draw with a mouse, finger, or stylus. You can clear the area and start again.
- Insert and position itInsert the signature on the current page, then move it or resize it proportionally with the corner handle.
- Download the PDF with the visual signatureDownload the document with the visual signature for 5 PLN including VAT.
Visual signature versus digital signature
A drawn signature and a signature image are regular PDF graphics. They have no certificate, do not verify identity, and cannot prove document integrity. The app does not create qualified or other digital signatures.
