Fillable PDF templates: CV, invoice and application

No file of your own? Pick a finished document and swap its details for yours, right in your browser — no installation and no account.

Open the PDF editor

The editor builds the template on your device and opens it like any other PDF. There are three documents — CV, invoice and application — plus a blank A4 page when you want to start from scratch. Each one is laid out and ready to print from the first second: title, sections, tables and signatures already in place.

A template is not a form with empty rules but a complete document carrying example content — “Jane Doe”, “VAT no. GB123456789”, “2,520.00 GBP”. Double-click a fragment and type your own details over it; the layout, typeface and alignment stay exactly as designed. Nothing is sent to a server — the template and everything you type stay in your browser.

Which template to choose

The CV is a laid-out résumé with a professional summary, two work-experience entries complete with achievement bullets, education, skills, languages and a GDPR clause. The invoice carries every element a VAT invoice needs: number and date of issue, date of delivery or service, both parties with their tax IDs, a line-item table with unit, quantity, unit price, net value, rate and VAT amount, a sales summary broken down by rate, the total due, the amount in words and the payment terms. The application is a complete job application letter: date and place, sender and addressee blocks, the request, the supporting reasons with concrete achievements, a closing, a signature and a list of enclosures — together with the CV it forms a full application pack. The blank page is a plain A4 sheet.

How to swap the details in a template

A template is an ordinary PDF, so every editor tool works on it: text, drawing, shapes, images, and adding or deleting pages. All of the content is real document text rather than graphics — double-click a name, an amount or an item description and the editor replaces it in place, keeping the typeface and alignment. Simply delete any line you do not need. Undo works as usual with Ctrl+Z.

Frequently asked questions

How does the blank page differ from the other templates?

The blank page is a plain A4 sheet with no content at all — useful when you want to lay a document out your own way, or need a background for a drawing or an image. The other templates are finished documents with example content that you swap for your own.

Does a template replace opening a PDF of my own?

No, it is a second way to start. You can still pick a file from your disk or drag it into the browser window — a template is for when the document does not exist yet.
